Amasing - updated workshop times
Added on 31 August 2013
31st August and 1st September
A new festival in Strathpeffer aimed at engaging young people, Amasing aspires to be much more than a chance to watch and enjoy great music. Headline acts include Eddie Reader, Kassidy and Donnie Munro and there is a full programme of workshops, open mic stage, Q&A sessions, young singers' showcases and video conferencing with singers across the globe.
I'll be leading workshops in Gaelic singing for children, youngsters and adults on both days, included in your festival ticket.

Gaelic song for young people - starting with basic rhythms this workshop will work up to a complete, toe-tapping ‘puirt a beul’ (or ‘mouth music’) in Gaelic. No previous experience of Gaelic or singing required.
