I have been collaborating with visual artist Lizzie MacDougall on a project with the Evanton Music Group run by fiddler Alpha Munro.
The group members are adults with an interest in music, and each meeting involves a vital social side (not to mention a fabulous array of home baking!).
Lizzie's vision is to celebrate songs which the group members love by way of creating a visual piece which will have a permanent home on display in Evanton Jubilee Hall.
My role has been helping the group find their inspiration by suggesting songs which can be included in the final unveiling evening, and singing songs suggested by the group menbers themselves.
